There are some guys here who are really against (treatment). They shout at (participants) and make fun of them and that sort of thing.
bad program puts somebody
I think they're scared. They see somebody get into a program, and to them that legitimizes the program and puts them into a bad light.
guys time
There's guys who stalk these hallways. It's unbelievable. You can see them out there the same time every day, the same place.
afraid against
A lot of them are afraid that if they get into the program, it will be used against them in court.
