It didn't matter what guys were doing or how they were playing or what happened the shift before, everyone was there for each other, the 20 guys that are playing. All he's here for is to win, and the guys follow in his footsteps. He's always there to lead everyone and put in his voice. That's why he's the captain the last two years. He's played that role to perfection.

I'm all for a change. There's a lot of coaching that goes on now. I'm not sure I want the coach on the court the whole match, but why not let the player talk to the coach between sets? It gives TV people something to talk about, and it adds to the experience for fans and viewers.
