We're really a close group. You see your buddy down there, and the stretcher board comes out and it's not a very comfortable feeling. I know the boys are real close to each other. And whenever you see somebody have to be carried off like that, it's very discomforting. You read about these kinds of injuries and you just hold your breath. And I'm sure he's OK, and we want him back.

Brett has come along way in being unselfish, a team guy. He'd say the right thing, that he doesn't care about records, but sure he does. Anyone who's touched a ball, if they tell you differently, they are lying. ... If he throws for 3,000 yards, I like our chances.

Every year, we try to go out and make the best show. We try to make sure everyone has a good time.

It's an issue that we need to look and we need to look at the depth and breadth of the issue and come up with strategies to try and make sure we have the fuel we need to continue to fuel this economy.

That loss was on our minds, but you can't let it carry over into the next game because then we won't be able to focus on what's in front of us. We're going to have to work to get our spirit back. It kind of fell off a little bit, but I'm pretty sure it'll be coming back real soon.

I'm sure the fans are fi red up a little bit. As players we're fired up, but we try to keep it at an even keel.

He's shooting for 40 wins. If he gets that, he'll be on the podium. We're going there with aspirations of winning it all but realistically, our goal is to be in the top eight. We want to make sure he's on the podium Saturday night.
