We have crossed an important threshold. Folks understand that our budget problem is very serious or somewhat serious, and that is a threshold that should not be taken lightly.
This will be a budget that will hurt. The cuts will be deep.
The governor realizes the tremendous burden property taxes have placed on families across the state. We are preparing the budget with that in mind.
