He's high-energy, a 60-minute guy. He calls for the ball, he wants the ball every single snap. He's always looking to make a big play, make something happen with the ball. He wants to get in the end zone; that's his goal every time he steps on the field.
The guys we have coming in have had some quality playing time already this year. It's not like we have to change the schemes or anything. We still have our leadership, and that's the biggest key.
