The knee-jerk reaction was things aren't as sure as everybody thought, but when I look at this, this is right in the middle of what my expectations were. They left a rate hike in the deck here in case they need it, but that doesn't mean more of the same.
I think what has happened to him is out of line. They've blown this out of proportion big time. He didn't mean any harm. Anybody who knows him knows he's a sarcastic person. What he said was more of an analogy.
I don't see temporary workers replacing direct employees anytime soon. I think it's more a means to an end getting people transitioned to new careers.
