Is it any wonder that Pennsylvania is in the bottom five in some of the positive categories, such as job creation, population stuff and other stuff when we're one of a handful of states that do stupid things?
The effectiveness of that is in question. You need to reconnect the training to actual Pennsylvanians in actual jobs. There is a more pressing need to upgrade the training of the existing workforce so that they have the cutting-edge skills and are keeping up with the technology.
I'm really pleased with the squad of players that we've assembled for this Fed Cup competition and I'm confident they can do the job for Australia.
