My wife is a designer, and we need to move to San Diego pretty soon so we can open up our own design business. We were going to rent an apartment in San Diego, but we really don't want to carry costs in two places.

We've turned down many people that need apartments right now. If they can wait for a few months, we're willing for them to put in an application and work with us.
