We didn't believe the imposition of a liquor license suspension was commensurate with the offense. We were expecting to get a warning or something of that nature.

This is an opportunity for him. He wasn't expecting one but shoot, he's done a great job.

All we can do is hope he's not out a long period of time. It's unfortunate because we're expecting a lot out of him this year.
