We stopped the rescue operation around 11 o'clock (Thursday) night, ... As the tide came in, the structure began to move, and other parts began to collapse again. We made the decision to pull our divers out.
The structure is very shaky right now, it's very unstable, ... We're waiting for the Army Corps of Engineers to do an assessment and advise us whether we can go underneath it, or we have to shore it up, or tear it down, before the rescue continues.
