I've never been in a game like this. It's good to come to Tempe and play against a good team that had one game up on us. We fought hard on both ends.

It's my senior year, and I only have a few more times to go out there and play in front of my family. It's big, especially against a team like Florida.

We're playing a high level right now. It feels good to be one of only two Section II teams left. We want to represent our town, our school and the section good. I think we have a good shot at doing that. Everything's about soccer. It's big to finally win something for baseball.

I don't think anybody really cares where we play. When they asked the team if we minded moving the game, everybody said no. Everybody's excited. Let's go play.

This year, it (the goal) is really to get back and really zero in on some teams in the conference. We have a real core of sophomores and juniors right now. Last year was a rebuilding year. This year, we'll sneak up on some people.
