Robert Rottersman Report Quotations

What I'm going to try and do here is take a rather lengthy report and summarize it.

When I walked into the building I did notice the odor primarily in the north end of the building and somewhat in the center area. I did not notice it in the south area or the east area and slightly in the auditorium, not as much as other people had reported on the day of the survey. Obviously odors change over time.
