Normally, I would see a guy the size of Brandon Spikes and say he's definitely playing for the defensive end position, but there are a few exceptional athletes out there who can play at that size. I think Brandon Spikes is one of those guys.

Recruiting rankings are all well and good, but they shouldn't pay dividends until two or three years down the line, assuming you've recruited to where you should have (in needs) to begin with. I don't care how talented the player is, if you are playing true freshmen you're in trouble.
