To me the footballs are approved by the league and game officials pregame and we play with what's out there. That's the only way that I have ever thought about that.

I'm respectful of what this group has accomplished, what the previous Patriot teams have done and what this means in terms of league history and all that. But none of that really means anything in what we do from here on.
