Yeah it helps you get loose faster. I was ready to play today but you just don't prepare the same way. But, yeah, it helped me get into the flow quicker.
My leg is healthy and ready to go but I just haven't forced it because these games don't count. I know it's healthy.

As far as injuries go, I feel ready to go. It's still spring training but getting hits and getting comfortable at the plate is still important.
It was a good start, everything felt great. I was comfortable going in. My focus now is getting ready. I have a lot of work to do to get ready for the season.
If my health was an issue, I would've gone in and told them. I wouldn't want to affect the team that way, so I'm 100 percent healthy and ready to start the season.
