Normally, I've found in my life that the louder you speak, probably, the less of a fighter you are. All the fighters I've had a chance and the honor to serve with didn't pat themselves on the back, were pretty humble men and women.
Once we secure our borders - and the federal government has not done a good job - then Congress, I believe, needs to take up the issue and look at how we try and identify those people that are here, that are national security risks to the United States.
I have been very restrained in my comments about the House and the House leadership. But Speaker Craddick and I have a different point of view, ... I think the Legislature ought to reform our schools, not the courts.
