Before we ask for money, the hospital board needs to be able to honestly say to the community that it looked at all options and it's proposing the best option.

(The hospital) does need to work on communicating to the public the good things the hospital does for the community.

(The plan) is something we need to do, but we also need more discussion among the board and hospital staff to make sure we are all in agreement and to hammer out details.
