We know we'll probably see them again (at state) and there's a good chance we'll see Curtis again. We always try to learn from our losses. Hopefully, we'll make the adjustments we need.
He's probably one of the fastest kids out there and he's coming into his own. He's a solid basketball player who's going to do a lot of good things for us.
It's very humbling to win this award again. There are so many good coaches out there in all of the sports. There are a lot of deserving people.
These guys have pulled together and played some good basketball. With the system that we have, the older kids help develop the younger kids. And when it's the younger kids' turn, they know how to win. When they're put in that spot, they come through.
They've to two good quality post players who are real fundamental and solid kids. They know how to get them the ball and those guys finish well.
We have a lot of good kids that keep coming through (Kentwood). But I like to think that our system has something to do with it too. These kids come in young and they learn how to compete at a high level. And by the time they are seniors they do just that.
