I would really like to move up in the standings from where we finished last year. I'm looking for the women's team to make a big jump up.

I wish I could have come here this afternoon and say we have all the money. I wish I could have come here today and say that the team will be comfortable based on all the money we have received. But sadly enough I can't because we simply do not have the money we need.

I can't remember when 40 points was the last place total at indoors. I knew we were on shaky ground coming in, but if you told me we would score 40 points - I'd thought that would be good for seventh place. I'm sad to finish last, but we're loaded with young talent that will help this team in the future.

Our team has a chance to really establish the Purdue program. I expect our men to finish in the top three.

Our training as a team is on pace. We are looking better than we did a year ago.

Our last place team could have probably won many conferences across the nation. That's the good thing about it (Big Ten). It spears the athletes on and pushes them to better performances and that is why we are here.

I still want to get (sophomore) Leah Kincaid regionally qualified in the long jump, and I would like to get the (400-meter relay) team regionally qualified.

I think the team was a little upset of how it went last week. They wanted to make sure we didn't lose the Cup.

We need some of the young kids to step up. It is going to take a total team effort.

We will get a challenge when we run against Eastern Kentucky. They have some Kenyan runners on the team and it is always a challenge when you run against that style.

The team has reached this far without government funding and the team shall reach that far the same way.

This meet will give us a good look-see at where we stand in the Big Ten competition. We will be able to test the waters and challenge our team a little more than we did last weekend.

David has dealt with a hip injury of late. It will be important for the guys that he scores points for the team even if he is not feeling great.

The inspection team met with some positive results and some negative ones as well, but the problems that exist aren't something the Canadian Soccer Association can't overcome.
