As good as we played last week (in a jamboree against Neville) on the defensive side and on special teams, it was the complete opposite this week.
The last thing the rest of the players on offense need to see is a QB who is frustrated out there, ... It's important for him to keep his composure. Josh is doing that. He's growing and maturing and understanding what he's supposed to do out there.
We are unhappy with the pace of negotiations in the last two weeks.
I'm proud of our guys for fighting through it. Last year, many times this may have gone the other way. We're trying to turn that around and work on finishing off the game.
