This is a typical turnout for an off-year election. But there is a warm, fuzzy feeling about coming out of the polls with the sticker on your lapel and I think a lot of people are going to miss that,
We spend more in health care than any other nation, amazingly enough, and yet we're not providing service to almost 45 million people and a lot of other people are underinsured, ... And we're obviously not being efficient. So we're not spending the money wisely.
Someone needs to rescue France from its self-proclaimed malaise. Close to a quarter of its young people are unemployed, but they're too busy burning cars to look for jobs.
