People have their set impressions about the trumpet. It's either part of an orchestra, or it's played by one or two famous jazz musicians who are doing traditional music. But people are doing very creative things.
There's a need to provide more organs so those people have a reasonable expectation of getting transplanted in a reasonable amount of time.
