I think it was just generally that my footwork was really not good. I just felt uncomfortable moving around the court. I was missing the small steps to really have a good position and move good and come back in the games and to defend. So that was frustrating that I never got better.
It was a little closer than the score indicates, but I felt it was a good first match. I'm playing with a lot of confidence right now after this season and I hope I can go a lot further in this tournament.
I can feel it happening. I (could) tell after I lost in the French Open to Mary Pierce. She had an unbelievable run and I played close. But close is not good enough for me. I want to get to a final.
