Our defense is pretty consistent. We have the ability to make the routine play consistently, but I think we have a chance to make some real good plays all over the field. The infield has good range and the outfield will cover a lot of ground.

She has really blossomed here. A lot of college players were very good in high school. Then there are those who peak in college for whatever reason. It's like they pick up something.

Ideally, you would like to come out and win both games. These were good games and we'll learn from each of them.

Our pitchers have been doing a pretty good job. We're not asking them to go out there and strike everyone out. We have a pretty tough defense behind them.

Michelle threw the ball well, and showed she'll be another good addition to our young staff. We're fortunate to have a lot of depth on the pitching staff, and we wanted to mix her in with the rest of the bunch.
