Robert W. Hill is an American basketball coach. Hill grew up in Mount Sterling, Ohio moving to Worthington, Ohio for high school. Upon graduating from high School, Hill entered Bowling Green State University. During the summer of 2011, he was invited by Nike to help Taiwan men's basketball team as a consultant. I thought under the circumstances of having only one and a half to two practices and changing systems, we were pretty good out there. Overall, I was really pleased.

He probably doesn't, behind closed doors, respect Kobe (Bryant) but he's got to respect (coach) Phil (Jackson) so that will kind of keep him in his place. He can run the floor as well as anyone I can remember for a big man. God just said, 'Here you go, you're 6-10.' His damn hands are like gloves. He's quick and strong and he can jump. And he's got a nice touch around the basket. I think he can become a very, very good low-post player.

Since the trading deadline, this team has come together just like that. We've had five really good performances in terms of togetherness and effort, caring about one another and all of the stuff that's so darn important.
