Indiana's always been a physical team. When a team makes a run, you can't get down. You've got to keep playing. Coach told me to be more aggressive. I wanted to take what they gave me, not just force it up.

We practice that all the time, hitting free throws at crunch time.

After we played them, we knew we didn't play well, but then after watching the film, we knew we played horrible. It was a chance to come out here and show them we could play a better game against them.

We just kept our composure, started getting buckets, and started playing defense.
compete easier expect good knowing level players practice somebody stay stuff
I always expect our play to stay at the same level or to get better. I never expect anything else because in practice we have players that are good and compete hard. It makes stuff a lot easier knowing that you can have somebody come in for you and compete the same way you do.
great handle last watching
It was very nerve-racking watching all the way down to the last bracket. It's great that this has happened. We want to be the target. I know we can handle it.

Our defense was the story. We can take this game and build on it.

Defense is turning into offense. Boxing out, getting steals and feeding off each other's energy is helping us.

We were more composed in the first half. We got away from our defense and gave them some shots in the second half. They started to get open looks. We pulled it out though, because we really wanted it and were confident in each other.
