The current reorganization created more inefficiencies than the efficiencies that it was supposed to have created. And I think if we go back to the old way, we'll have better government, we'll be more productive.

I think he did pretty good, actually. He started off really good. I thought he did what he had to do. A little bit shaky toward recently, though.

I think it's the best decision he could have made. I'm very supportive.
