You can't be absent for your first five classes and then show up for driver's ed. They knew if they missed an earlier period they couldn't go to driver's ed, and if they didn't go to driver's ed, they couldn't get their license. There was a real incentive for them to keep all their grades up.

I don't want the city to be able to hoodwink people and blatantly get money they are not entitled too.

It's bad enough that we get tickets we are entitled to, but for the ones we didn't do anything wrong, that's not right.

Then the companies can figure out if whatever equipment they wish to install addresses or meets that mandate.

I was fully within my rights and a policeman had given me a ticket for no parking during this period, even though it was totally suspended in this area for the entire day.
