You sometimes lost track of what the long-term view of Arrowhead would look like. When you're in the middle of the forest chopping trees down, it's hard to get a perspective of what the whole forest looks like. It's succeeded beyond, certainly, my expectations.

We saw great value in having the loop moved farther north. We were certainly on the same page with the developer to encourage (Arizona Department of Transportation) and (Maricopa Association of Governments) to ultimately move the corridor and they did.
