count frame good guys likes moves penalty plays power puck puts step veteran year
To get guys like him, who their first year can step in. He plays like a veteran most of the time. He's a guy you can count on. He's physical. He has a big frame on him that he likes to use and puts to good use. He moves the puck well. We can play him on the power play and the penalty kill. For a first year guy that's huge.
excuse game held nine periods shots whatever
We're not going to make any excuses. We outplayed them for two periods and held them to nine shots (in that stretch). Then for whatever reason, we let them back in the game in the third.

approach enjoy far game taking whether

definitely loss puts
It puts us right back into the series. A loss definitely would have been devastating.
booming games hits lose net quite shot throughout tough won year
It's tough to kill the five-on-threes and four-on-threes. (Andy) Delmore has that big booming shot and hits the net quite a bit. Our PK has won us games throughout the year and they'll lose you a game here and there.
dig gotta hole ourselves playing
It's a big hole for us. We have to find a way to dig ourselves out and play hard. We just gotta keep playing hard.
action front played plenty shots third traffic
The third period, we got plenty of shots and plenty of action around the net. Unfortunately, he played well again. We have to get more traffic in front of him, I think.
coming guys huge penalty
(The penalty kill) been huge for us. The guys have been coming up so big, especially on the 5-on-3 (opportunities).
