Matt has a lot of confidence and it is great to see him have some success here. He really works hard in practice and he had a great summer also so we are pleased that he was able to come out and do what he did today.

Greg really battled and made some great pitches to get out of some jams. The bases were loaded against him without the ball leaving the infield and it didn't affect him. He stepped up and showed his maturity and poise as a pitcher.

What a great game and a great atmosphere. The fans really came out and supported us and it gave a tremendous boost to our club. It's really a credit to these players and how hard they've worked for us to have almost 2,000 people in the stands.

This was a really good win for us. I liked our approach at the plate and we did a great job of squaring the bat on the ball and hitting it hard. When the wind blows out like it did today, you do those things and you're going to see some home runs.

Cobb pitched a great game. He really pounded the (strike) zone and did it effectively with three pitches. I thought he battled all day long and really did a nice job.

As a center fielder, Antone can play with anybody. He gets great jumps and covers a ton of ground out there. It's a luxury for us because we can play him out of position, but he has such great speed he can make up for it.

Rankings are great for recruiting, it's great for our fan base, and it's great for these kids to reward, but at the same time, it really doesn't change our approach. As a coach, if it starts to change your approach a little bit, you have to step in and say, hey look, we need to get right back to where we were. Hopefully, we continue on the same path, not worry about those things, and keep battling every single pitch.

Tennessee has a terrific club and they're going to want to prove something after losing two to Mississippi State last week. They have some great arms. (James) Adkins is one of the best left-handers in the country and he's somebody we're going to have to deal with.

We were able to get a lot of guys in and get them playing time. It was great to see those guys come in and play well and I was especially pleased to get Dan in there.
