We've patched and repaired and retro-fitted this building extensively. Rich is telling us it's cheaper to build than to repair. With material costs going up as fast as they are, why wait? It'll only cost more later.

Sometimes it gets us out of whack when someone tries to slow it down because we want to play up-tempo. (Eisenhower) is probably the first time we played somebody who was really deliberate and looked for one person every time down the floor.

You never know what's going to happen. It'll be designed so we can modify the interior use as needed. The building will be able to accommodate paid personnel. As the area continues to grow who knows what they'll need in the future.
