ate ball behind clock game kept last lead picks ran threw throwing tough
Last game, we got behind and started throwing the ball and threw two picks early, and it was just a tough game from there. This game was more our style. We got out and scored and kept the lead and ate up clock and ran the ball. That's what our team's about, not throwing the ball all the time.
best bring control leadership
I just bring leadership and try to control the game. I want to get the best out of everybody.

He gets so fired up it makes you laugh. He can be such a passionate guy when it comes to football.
good interested needed run
He was in good shape. He was always able to run and do what he needed to do. I don't think that was as much of an issue. I'm interested to see what happened. I think it must have been genetic.

lose lost next season survived takes team teams weight
You know, I think when you play a team during the season and they really get after you the way those teams did, it kind of makes you think, 'Well, hey, we survived the worst.' When you've lost like that one time, there's really nothing more to lose the next time. So I think that kind of takes the weight off you a little bit.
joke prepare pressure reason
We prepare the same, we joke around the same. You really don't try to put too much pressure on the game. I think that's the reason he's able to do that.
ball defense playing running similar
We are playing similar to how we did then. We're running the ball well and our defense is playing great.
change count emphasis false helps snap
We don't change our snap count very often. That helps a lot. And, we put a lot of emphasis on not getting false starts. It's important to us, and when it happens, you're really disappointed in yourself. It's not something that just slides by on our team.
passes protect
We need to be able to protect and get the passes off to make them back off.
college drawing finds freshman great known plays seems since steve watching
I've been watching Steve since I was a freshman in college. He's been making great plays as long as I've known him. He seems to get better every game. You know he's drawing more and more attention, but he still finds a way to do what he does.
