cool fully needed spring
It's nothing major. I just needed a day for it to cool off. It never fully disappeared after spring training.
games left plenty point springs time
There's plenty of time from this point to do what I need to do. I think I got into two games two springs ago, when I was with the Cubs. There were fives games left and I hadn't been in one.
except fun great guys knock knocked mark training
Mark Mann's done a great job. I've never had this and, knock on wood, he's pretty much knocked it completely out. I don't like being in the training room, except to make fun of some guys every now and then.

That's what we need to do. The bullpen hasn't done what it's supposed to do. We've got a couple of guys going well. But we need all seven guys to get rolling.

There's nothing worse than not being able to participate. It's the worst. It's not boring - nothing about this job is boring - but it's not as much fun when you're standing on the sidelines. You start feeling useless.

We had a lot of young players. He was like your dad. When he raised his voice, you listened. He was a leader on and off the field. He's the one guy that stands out to me.

added casey losing pitching sean tough
I do, I really do. I know losing Sean Casey is tough but we added some pitching and I think we're better.
