afraid came happy kids second stepped strong
I was happy with how the kids came out in the second half. They really stepped up and weren't afraid of the contact, and they went up strong with the ball.
balanced ball club
That's the way it always is. We're a very balanced ball club and a very even ball club.

ball cut facing needed

build early flat game lead legs second
We were a little flat early on. I thought we got our legs under us in the second half, and were able to build the lead as the game went on.
came crunch defensive direction instead momentum picked reacting shifted stepped stepping
The momentum shifted back their direction, and when it came crunch time, they stepped it up and we got scared. They picked up their defensive pressure, and instead of us reacting to that and stepping up to that challenge, we went the other direction.
felt needed reinforce stronger
With the way we were playing, I felt I needed to reinforce that just a little stronger during that timeout.
consistency cost games last late lead struggled taken three tied
Unfortunately, we've struggled as of late with consistency. I think we look at the scoreboard, we see we've tied or taken the lead and we relax. The last three games it has cost us.
capitalize lose
We're not able to capitalize on our momentum. When we do have it, we lose it immediately.
