best overall points team title win
Making points for your team to win the overall title is the best part.
hard run team time
She was a one-in-a-million person, ... You don't run into someone like her often, and the team is going to have a very hard time replacing her.
high rather team won
I would rather go in with high expectations than no expectations, but that's just what they are -- expectations. This team hasn't won a game.
both conditions fun guys lose mistakes teams tough
I think they had some fun and played, but I don't know what you make of that. The conditions were tough and we've got some guys hurt. ... Both teams made enough mistakes to lose 10 times.
bowl easier goals instead predict start teams year
That's the thing with scheduling, you can't predict what teams are going to do from year to year, ... Right now, one of our team's goals is to make it to a bowl game, and that's a lot easier to do if you start 1-1 instead of 0-2.
both conditions guys hurt lose mistakes teams tough work
You can't make anything out of that. The conditions were tough and we've got a lot of guys hurt. Both teams made enough mistakes to lose 10 times. Everybody's got a lot of work to do.
far guys leaders leaders-and-leadership team
There's a lot of guys on this team who could be captains. There's going to be far more leaders than two if we're going to be any good.
balls good loose problem team
Absolutely. You can't be 33-0 without good coaching, good kids. I thought fundamentally they did some things very well, and they got all the loose balls we didn't get. ... Today, the better team won, I have no problem with that.
achieved bowl chance coached excited great hawaii holiday lucky san team
I'm excited the team has achieved one of their goals, to have a chance to go to a bowl game. I'm excited to be going to San Diego. I was lucky enough when I coached in Hawaii to play there in the Holiday Bowl. It's a great city.
