I've been impressed with the way she handles players. She does a good job of relating to them. She's disciplined in a way that girls respond to, but she doesn't back down. She's a stern taskmaster, but she has a way that can relate to players.

I don't know of anyone who can step right into his shoes. I hope his replacement is up to the task and will command the respect of all the Neighborhood Council staff.
