The ovens are always on with products in them. There's a tremendously beautiful smell that's generated in the store. What we're trying to do is called show and sell.

Whatever we're into, we go out and look at what other people are doing and try to get ideas. So our human resources department set up a trip to Griffin. We were really impressed.
