There could be a number of reasons why the number of voters is larger in one ward than the other - there could be more people who actually register, or there could be a discrepancy in the number of children, ... One thing that surprised me is that there have been some huge (housing) developments in the city that I figured would have charged the demographics, but that's not been the case.

It was awesome, and it is something that I have been working toward for 19 years. It is an unbelievable honor. There are less than 300 ships in the Navy, and to be in charge of one of those few is a privilege.

It was one of those experiences where you get a great perspective on how things operate in the department of defense, like how ships are purchased, and such. It was a lot of hard work and long hours, but it was an amazing educational opportunity.
