We could have played 11 each but we felt it was too messy. We've got three days now (till the next match in Queenstown on Wednesday) to see how we feel, but my gut feeling is we'll box on and play it out. But we'll see what happens.

It was tight throughout the four-and-a-half days so we're delighted to come away with the win. It was one of the most emotional Tests I've played in terms of not being able to get in front or not getting too far behind.

We played below par today, but I still feel good about the prospects of winning the tournament.

I needed everything I could get. We probably should have got more, because the follow-on was our only real chance. Maybe if we'd been bowled out for 350, the game would still have been alive, but we played well enough to be in a position where we had to get South Africa out twice, so we needed as much cash in the bank as possible.
